Miss Patina Return Policy

We hope you will love everything you purchase from Miss Patina, but if something isn’t quite right,  we accept exchanges and/or refunds on unsuitable purchases in compliance with UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000). (See Terms & Conditions section).

Simply use the return form on the back of your receipt when returning items. All items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered. It’s important that any unwanted items unless faulty are returned in resalable conditions with all original tags and packaging. Please remember that if any tags are removed from the garment, we won’t be able to exchange or refund your purchase. Parcels must be received for the refund to be approved. If by any chance the parcel is lost, we will contact the return courier for verification and a refund will be processed shortly thereafter. If the order contains a promotional discount with a requirement of meeting a purchase limit, the appropriate amount will be deducted if a return is made which no longer makes he promotion eligable.

Please note that earrings, socks, and tights cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Please note that many of our returns are taking longer than usual to arrive due to our courier being short-staffed. If you are sending your items back via Royal Mail please allow several weeks for the parcel to reach us.
You may receive a message on the tracking page showing that the “Address is inaccessible”, this means the parcel is being held at our local depot and will be delivered in bulk once more returns are received so they can send more parcels with fewer drivers operational.
We sincerely apologise in advance if your parcel is delayed.

Make a Return/Exchange in the UK

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 14 days upon receiving the item in its original condition and with all original packaging and tags still attached.

All exchanged orders are sent free of the additional postage charge. Please indicate in the relevant column on the return/exchange form which item you would like to exchange for.

For your convenience, we provide a royal mail return label to all UK returns for £3.5 which will be deducted from your refund to cover postage. Click the button below to create the return label.

How to Make a Return – International Customers

You could return any item within 28 days of receiving your order. As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note that you’ll need to cover the postage charge yourself. Please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. Please send the return order to Miss Patina Ltd, Unit 3, The Siding House, 10 Andre Street, London UK, E8 2AA via a tracked postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and make sure you obtain a proof of posting. Please note that the return order is the customer’s responsibility until received by Miss Patina.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange for returned items. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Faulty/Incorrect Item Return

Please check the item carefully before removing the tags and original packaing. If you found your received item is faulty/incorrect, please contact customercare@misspatina.com immediately with your order number, the faulty item’s name and number and a picture of the faulty. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item or a return label. Please note that we are unable to compensate for your return shipping expenses if you return the order without the original packaging and tags, nor if the item shows any signs of wear.

Once your return has been received. Please allow us to issue you a full refund with 2-10 working days.
